Project Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and managing project activities within the organisation. This position involves coordinating resources, schedules, and communication among project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing reports, and assisting in the resolution of project-related issues. Join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects within an exciting, growing defence environment!


Shift Pattern


Standard office hours, 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm


Person Specification


To be considered for this role you will have the following:

Essential Skills


* MOD security clearance or be content to undergo Security Clearance to SC level.
* Flexible, can-do attitude
* Previous MOD/Government experience within project support
* Excellent communication and administrative skills
* Ability to work independently on tasks
* Computer and IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
* Attention to detail
* Experience with excel spreadsheets


Desirable Skills


* Project management/coordination experience within the Royal Navy
* Coordinate all project management activities, resources, equipment and information
* Confirm and track requirements and timescales of the project
* KPI Management
* Conduct monthly reports of projects, collaborating closely with the Technical Leads
