About the Client and Role:

Our client, a leading IT Consultancy is looking for a Project Managers with demonstrable experience delivering roll outs or improvements of SAP SuccessFactors Projects to help drive process & system efficiency. There will be a large focus on HR systems & processes initially but this role will also work across application, end user and the infrastructure landscape.

Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven experience of end to end Project Management for large-scale projects and programmes
  • End to end software development lifecycle experience with at least 2 projects involving the rollout or significant enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development and People Analytics)
  • Proven track record of managing projects replacing business applications, internally for organisations, where continuity of service is critical
  • Ability to analyse complex project data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Worked on Implementation / enhancement projects for other HR applications Experience in Implementation of Hire to Retire Value stream
