We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of a leading charity based in Portsmouth.

This role requires someone highly organised to be the main point of contact for the CEO, managing a range of confidential matters and coordinating with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities as Executive Assistant:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all matters relating to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, meeting briefings, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to align the CEO's workload with business priorities.
  • Organise and attend key meetings, events, and manage external engagements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and multitask effectively.
