Randstad are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/ Team leader to join a property services contractor managing a team of Maintenance Administrators based in Portsmouth

Duties:

  • Leading a team of Maintenance administrators handling repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Overseeing the scheduling of jobs and ensuring efficient allocation of work.
  • Supporting the team with training, guidance, and daily operations.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Managing records, updating systems, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or team leader role within maintenance, facilities, or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail.
