Morson is currently recruiting for several Production Operatives for long-term contract roles with our aerospace client based in the Hilsea area of Portsmouth.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products, following standard working processes and adhering to required specifications. Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture and assemble products according to standard working processes
 dayEnsure all work meets the required specifications
Maintain a high standard of Health and Safety in all duties
Conduct tasks with due care and attention to detail
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Awareness of Health and Safety regulations
Ability to follow standard working processes and specifications

9 day fortnight totalling 74 hours,Â
Week 1 – Mon – Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7.30 am – 4.15pm
Week 2 – Mon - Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7.30 am – 4.15pm, Friday 8 hours 7.30 am – 4pm
