Account Manager - Hybrid - Accountancy Practice

Are you qualified accountant looking for an opportunity to be part of a growing and multi award-winning Accountancy Practice?

We are recruiting a friendly and organised Account Manager to join this team oriented practice in Portsmouth. This is an amazing opportunity to a join a company that cares about their clients, with the opportunity to nurture and develop those client relationships.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing, developing and supporting a diverse client portfolio
  • Being the first point of contact for clients and working closely with them as a business partner.
  • Reviewing junior work and advising on accounts/tax.
  • Ensuring deadlines and objectives are completed on time.
  • Ad hoc project work

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • ACCA or ACA fully qualified - nearly qualified also considered.
  • Previous experience of working in an UK accountancy practice.
  • A team player who can use their own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and proactive.

Salary:

£45,000 to £60,000 - depending on qualifications and experience.
