Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit assignments for a diverse client portfolio.
- Overseeing teams and mentoring junior staff members.
- Ensuring compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Reviewing audit files and providing technical support to the team.
- Working closely with senior management to drive the firm's success.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Excellent leadership and client management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
