 Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established award-winning business who are UK based We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to join the business As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling quotes and enquiries efficiently, maintaining accuracy, and working within service level agreements The role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality, professional service. Key Responsibilities of the Administrator Role
  • Respond to day-to-day customer enquiries via email and telephone, prioritising tasks to meet agreed deadlines
  • Handle escalations, resolve complaints, and recommend resolutions
  • Prepare and process accurate quotes within agreed SLAs
  • To raise Purchase Orders and requests with accuracy
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, and third parties
  • Maintain documentation and files to meet audit requirements
  • Take ownership of processes and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
