Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management:

  • Accept and manage deliveries efficiently.
  • Safely direct vehicle operators and manage traffic flow using barriers and signage.
  • Keep traffic areas pedestrian-free and minimise reversing risks.

Site Maintenance:

  • Ensure the service yard is clean, organised, and free from litter.
  • Report faults and issues with equipment or building fabric.
  • Cleaning and Waste Management:
  • Perform daily cleaning duties in public and logistics areas.
  • Follow COSHH guidelines for using cleaning products and dispose of waste safely.

Furniture and Equipment Handling:

  • Move light furniture and equipment for cleaning or access purposes.
