Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bodyshop Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise body shop staff, including technicians and support personnel.
- Coordinate and prioritize repair jobs to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and manage procurement.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using body shop management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repair.
Benefits
- Basic Salary of up to £55,000
- 25 Days Annual Holiday plus bank holidays
- OTE of up to £75,000

- Ideal working week of 07:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
