Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bodyshop Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise body shop staff, including technicians and support personnel.
  • Coordinate and prioritize repair jobs to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and manage procurement.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using body shop management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repair.
