Conveyancing Assistant

They are looking for a new hire with ideally previous experience of working in residential conveyancing. The role would offer a varied case load focusing on all aspects of residential conveyancing with an existing caseload and the firm also provide fantastic opportunities for progression.

For this role you would need:

* A sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
* To be highly organised and familiar with regulatory compliance procedures.
* To maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.
* Great IT skills and be able to use case management systems and software.
* To be a team player and a safe pair of hands who understands the importance of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care.

This role is open to solicitors, legal executives and also experienced fee earners who don't hold any relevant qualifications.
