Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Portsmouth (PO area)
Pay Rate: 100 to 120 per day
Contract Type: Long-term basis with potential to go permanent

Job Description: Numerous schools within the PO area are in need of day-to-day and long-term Cover Supervisors. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a variety of educational settings and make a positive impact on students learning journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Ensure students remain on task with their work.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
