A great opportunity has become available for a reliable and skilled Decorator to join a dynamic regional company recognised for developing and training its staff to succeed in their roles. Based in Fareham, you will join them on a full-time, permanentbasis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,825 and excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities as the Decorator will include:

  • A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include; all types of preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging, spray painting and artex repairs.

What the company are looking for in their Decorator:

  • NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
  • Full current driving licence.
  • A DBS check is required before commencement of role.
  • Have knowledge of residential Building Regulations.
  • Plastering experience would be advantageous.
  • Be able to silicon to a good standard.
  • Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector.
