Qualifications required:
- IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)
- NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
Experience:
- Proven experience with ISO accreditations
- Quality control
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSQE Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, quality, and environmental aspects across our projects. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in HSQE management and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all projects.
- Visit contract managers on-site to monitor and ensure safe project delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSQE policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain ISO accreditations.
- Conduct quality control inspections and audits.
- Provide training and support to staff on HSQE matters.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present HSQE reports to senior management.
