Multi traders needed for a local housing association in Portsmouth, high paying salaries!!!

Working for a reputable housing associations with multiple live contracts, affiliated with many local councils and main contractors working alongside them helping to build a better community. You will be working in void properties across the Portsmouth area.

Multi Trader - VOIDS 
Portsmouth Location
Up to £23 per hour
8-5, Mon - Fri

Van and Fuel Card provided!

Your day to day would look like as a Multi Trader:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Qualifications needed for the Multi Trader role:

• NVQ/City and Guilds (preferred)
• Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance
