Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an amazing company who is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator based in Portsmouth.
This role ensures seamless management of client requests, stock, logistics, vehicle fleet, and associated drivers
Duties include:
- Coordinate client requests through online portals.
- Oversee client requests from quoting to execution and invoicing.
- Upload data into internal systems and customer portals.
- Ensuring Fleet of vehicles undergo servicing and MOTs
- Booking of Hire vehicles where required
- Supporting drivers to ensure that they complete daily vehicle inspections and reporting on their performance.
- Tracking of driver’s schedules
Personal requirements:
- Advanced PC skills with MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of fleet management is desirable
Please note: This role requires a security clearance which mandates that candidates have resided in the UK for a minimum of three years.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary:£24,000
