Typically you will be working with developers and housing associations selling new build properties and also residential new homes purchases You'll have the advantage of working at a firm with a great name and alongside fee earners of great pedigree and experience, who possess extensive and rounded knowledge of the new homes market from both a developers and plot buyers prospective. This is a job share role for the time being so it would suit someone who can commit to these set days.
