The Package

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, 08.30 - 17.30

Are you a great estate agency Senior Salesperson and looking for something that little bit different? Then we may have the perfect job for you! If you are based in the Hampshire area or on the Isle of Wight, this predominantly online training job will be coaching and developing our people. However, in time as you grow within the role, you will need to have the flexibility to travel across the patch.

This is a rare opportunity to develop your own and other colleagues’ skills and be that "go-to" person providing support and advice to the staff you will be working with.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting new starters through regular online meetings and foundation training, helping them to adapt to the branch environment in order to become successful estate agents

  • Observational feedback and demonstration

  • Training IT systems

  • Communicating closely with the Operations Directors, providing updates on progress and action recommendations

  • Involvement workshops

  • Health & Safety and welfare assessments

  • Developing existing sales staff

We need you to be:

  • Positive in attitude and have bags of energy

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of success in estate agency with proven success in hitting targets

  • Well organised and computer literate

  • Have the ability to work alongside the Arun Training Team

  • Keen to share best practise and knowledge of the job and get satisfaction from seeing others grow and develop
