QHSE Manager. Our clients are seeking a proactive QHSE Manger to partner with site leadership to drive quality, health, safety, and environmental performance across our client's Hampshire's site. Quality Health & Safety Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer, working directly with senior management and recognised as a QHSE expert. The position reports to the European Quality Assurance Manager.
QHSE Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining local processes required for the QHSE Management System.
- Setting targets and tracking the annual roadmap/action plans for QHSE improvements, aligned with EMEA strategies.
- Planning and ensuring the execution of internal and external audits per the schedule for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 3834.
- Promoting a culture of health, safety, and quality across the organization.
- Reporting accidents and incidents and supporting thorough investigation processes.
- Mapping health and safety risks and developing action plans to mitigate them.
- Identifying and conducting necessary QHSE-related training for employees, including mandatory refresher courses.
QHSE Manager - The Ideal Candidate:
- A strong, proven background in QHSE within a manufacturing setting.
- NEBOSH qualified.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 3834-2 standards.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, fulltime permanent days. 1 day per week working from home considered.
