We are a reputable construction company based in Portsmouth, seeking skilled Scaffolders to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth and development within our organisation.

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for setting up and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and company standards. You will also be expected to inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the team to efficiently and effectively complete projects while adhering to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Scaffolder in the construction industry. You should also hold valid CISRS and CSCS cards and possess excellent knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Additionally, you must be able to work at heights and in various weather conditions and have strong teamwork and communication skills.
