Role: SEMH Lead (Learning Support Assistant or Cover Supervisor)

Working hours: Full Time 37/40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent contract offered after a probation period (temp to perm)

Salary: £24,000 to £29,000 per annum

  • Supervise and manage classrooms effectively based on provided guidance.
  • Uphold a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a seamless transition for students.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Provide effective instruction to key stage 3 & 4 students as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold relevant qualifications.
  • Demonstrate confidence in managing classroom behavior and adapting to different school policies.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Possess an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Be registered for a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
