Team Leader – Competitive Salary – Portsmouth, PO1

The Role

In this role, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding client outcomes while meeting and exceeding renewal and KPI targets. Your focus will be on ensuring campaigns run smoothly, maintaining excellent client relationships, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

You will also take ownership of team development, ensuring high standards in training, coaching, and personal progression. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to drive positive results for both clients and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance:

  • Build and manage a renewal pipeline, ensuring consistent client contact.
  • Take ownership of team KPIs and renewal targets.

People Management:

  • Motivate and support team members through regular communication and feedback.
  • Deliver tailored training and coaching sessions to support personal development.
  • Build strong client partnerships, ensuring regular and effective communication.

Process Management:

  • Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards across all processes.
  • Resolve and minimise escalations, both internally and with clients.

Client Development:

  • Shape campaigns to exceed performance expectations.
  • Monitor campaign progress and implement solutions for improvement where needed.
