Key responsibilities as theTrades Personwill include:

  • Accountable for the quality of workmanship
  • Methods used to affect the repair.
  • Safety of yourself and those around whilst the repair is undertaken, and safe disposal of waste
  • Polite and Professional approach
  • Respectful of property you work in.
  • Safe and Considerate Driving.
  • Able to diagnose and complete a cost effective repair.

What the company are looking for in their Trades Person:

  • NVQ Level 2 Or above will be required for relevant trades.
  • Experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment would be preferred.
  • Be comfortable with working in a social housing environment engaging with residents and representatives of the Client.
  • Have an organised approach to meet the demands of your workloads completing repairs in an effective and timely manner.
  • Have a practical approach to health and safety, ensuring that you and others are safe at all times.
