Training and Talent Coordinator Salary: £26,500 - £28,500

A global business consultancy are looking for a Training and Talent Coordinator to join their team based in Portsmouth. You will be supporting contractors across the business with on boarding, training and any queries they may have. Looking for Training and Talent Coordinator able to build strong relationships with contractors and internal teams. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a global organisation, contributing to process improvements and contractor engagement.

Duties Include:

  • Coordinate events and manage the calendar for the contractor community.
  • Respond to queries and provide any needed additional support.
  • Deliver system training to contractors to ensure effective use of in-house platforms.
  • Provide invoice guidance in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Engage with global counterparts to share best practices across regions.
  • Support process development and implementation for smoother engagement across teams and regions.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including drafting contracts and managing recruitment trackers.
  • Oversee the leaver/offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage the internal resourcing inbox, responding to requests and queries.
  • Support resourcing self-service by creating and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, reports, and updating internal platforms and resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline the resourcing of associates for client work.
  • Organise and maintain documentation using the team's Box folder structure.
  • Ensure data accuracy, maintain biographies, and facilitate resource allocation.
  • Create and manage Smartsheet surveys to support resourcing decisions

Experience Required:

  • Previous Recruitment/HR administrative experience highly desirable
  • Ability to juggle workload, organised and with exceptional attention to detail
  • A team player, able to create great working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Logical thinker with the ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet - desirable
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.)
