Job Title: Gas Service Engineer
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £20 a service - Engineers Earning £240 a day most days (12 services)
Contract Type: Social Housing Servicing Contract
Gas Service Engineer Subcontractor Responsibilities:
Being at the leading edge of the company’s Operations you are expected to provide and deliver a quality system of work in the areas of gas and plumbing servicing in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities are to service and where necessary, diagnose faults on boilers thoroughly in accordance with the requirements of Gas Safe and the company's quality manual whilst upholding the reputation for delivering excellent customer service.
As a Service Engineer you are expected to meet the targets set for you to achieve this role, these include, but are not limited to Productivity, Customer Satisfaction and Cost per Job. You will carry out the safe service of gas appliances. You will be Gas Safe qualified and ensure that all your qualifications are current. This role is also of a physical nature and may involve lifting heavy equipment or working at height.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- CCN1
- CPA1
- CKR1
- HTR1
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Minimum of 2 years gas servicing and maintenance experience
- CENWAT
Desired(NOT Essential):
- Energy Efficiency
- Unvented Hot Water
