Anzuk are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to join one of our client schools incentral Portsmouth.The School is a two form entry primary school and the role will be full time and on a long term basis

The school is friendly and welcoming and are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic TA who is passionate about supporting children to ensure the best possible outcomes.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated teaching staff, fostering a positive learning environment, and empowering students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, ensuring that individual educational goals are met.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and interventions.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Help to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution among students.

Requirements:
