Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an established school in Portsmouth. This role offers long-term opportunities with the potential to become permanent, as well as day-to-day work depending on your situation. We also offer trial days to help you get an understanding of the school and see if it's the right fit.

Position Details:

• Location: Portsmouth
• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Type of Work: Supporting teachers and students in the classroom
• Contract Start Date: As soon as possible
• Contract Type: Long-term with potential for permanent
• Pay Rate: 85.09 - 100.00 per day
• Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Experience, Training, and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

Eligibility:

• Right to Work in the UK
• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
• Two professional child-related references
