Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences to students, ensuring a positive and engaging classroom environment. You will work with individual students or small groups, offering tailored support to meet their educational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with young learners and helping them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities

  • Assist students with their learning, providing one-on-one or group support

  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and safe environment

  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required

  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

  • Foster positive relationships with students and contribute to their emotional well-being

  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher

  • Engage with parents and colleagues to support student development
