Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them stay engaged and focused in class.
• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom management.
• Support children with their learning, ensuring they understand and can access the curriculum.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.

We're Looking For in a Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience working with children, particularly in a primary school setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to helping children achieve their best.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with teachers and other staff.
