Role OverviewYou will support the UK HR team in their day-to-day activities, working closely with HR Management, Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Experts, as well as senior management and social partner colleagues both within the UK and transnationally.
Responsibilities? HR Assistant to the UK Head of HR and Divisional Head of Social Policy and Industrial Relations, supporting with meeting organisation, diary management, communications, meeting notes and general administration activities.? Provide HR administrative, operational and project support to the wider UK HR team, including (but not limited to) support to the onboarding, induction, exit and overseas deployment processes.? Day to day time, attendance & payroll support activities.? Support to Disciplinary & Grievance processes as required.? Support with organising visitors to the site, room bookings and meeting coordination.? Assisting in creating and running HR events & processes.? Ad hoc data management, e.g. file archiving, data provision & analysis i.e. audits, surveys, headcount reports, absence reports.? Minute and note taking for a variety of HR meetings.

Desirable? Knowledge of Google Workspace, including GMail, G-documents, G-sheets and G-slides.? Knowledge of Workday
