GSL Education are seeking a Senior Inclusion Support Assistant to work in a well reputed local secondary school situated in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This role centres around supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), largely on a one-to-one and small group basis, so that the students can access the learning and receive the tailored support and provision that they need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality SEN provision, knowledge on a range of effective behaviour management strategies, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of the students with confidence and resilience.
