Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:

You'll work together with an experienced and welcoming team, to create a great employee experience through:

  • collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people.
  • Meeting with new starters and leavers to ensure the best start to their journey.
  • Supporting well being, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives.
  • supporting with employee relations, such as absence and/or performance improvement.
  • answering queries and providing data insight g. regional reporting, DE&I, staff listing, leavers, mover's reports.
  • supporting the team with processes and checklists.
  • checking the monthly payroll submission
  • maintaining the people related policies.
  • Joining projects teams, supporting the culture of continuous improvement.

Profile

The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with the following:

Key Experience and Skills

  • CIPD qualified desirable
  • Previous HR Advisor experience
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • Recruitment experience
  • Experience of working within a busy and corporate company.
