- Providing ER support to the Managers and employees (flexible working, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence management),
- Providing end to end recruitment duties
- Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great calibre people
- Onboarding of new employees
- Engaging with new starters and leavers to ensure the best start or end to their journey with the business
- Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives.
- Supporting with employee relations, such as absence and/or performance improvement.
- Answering queries and providing data insight e.g. regional reporting, DE&I, staff listing, leavers, movers’ reports.
- Supporting the team with processes and checklists.
- Checking the monthly payroll submission to ensure its accurate.
- Maintaining the people related policies.
- Joining projects teams, supporting the culture of continuous improvement.
- CIPD qualified is desirable.
- Previous HR Advisor experience.
- ER experience is required. Â
- Knowledge of current employment legislation.
- Recruitment experience.

- Have excellent time management skills.
- Have knowledge and understanding of how to deal with confidential issues.
- Experience of working within a busy and corporate company.
