Role Overview
You will support the UK HR team in their day-to-day activities, working closely with HR Management, Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Experts, as well as senior management and social partner colleagues both within the UK and transnationally.
Responsibilities
? HR Assistant to the UK Head of HR and Divisional Head of Social Policy and Industrial Relations, supporting with meeting organisation, diary management, communications, meeting notes and general administration activities.
? Provide HR administrative, operational and project support to the wider UK HR team, including (but not limited to) support to the onboarding, induction, exit and overseas deployment processes.
? Day to day time, attendance & payroll support activities.
? Support to Disciplinary & Grievance processes as required.
? Support with organising visitors to the site, room bookings and meeting coordination.
? Assisting in creating and running HR events & processes.
? Ad hoc data management, e.g. file archiving, data provision & analysis i.e. audits, surveys, headcount reports, absence reports.
? Minute and note taking for a variety of HR meetings.

Desirable
? Knowledge of Google Workspace, including GMail, G-documents, G-sheets and G-slides.
? Knowledge of Workday
