Great new opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst who specialises with Imago tools to join our FinTech client on the south coast.  You can work on a hybrid basis ideally being able to visit the office once a week and you will be joining a cutting edge software company and award winning business.You will be a part of a fast-paced agile delivery team, responsible for building highly configurable and automated solutions for some of the UKs largest Financial Services companies. The right candidate will need to have a keen eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work across multiple projects and products. The activities within this role are varied and the successful candidate will work with BAs, Developers and Testers working in an agile environment and assisting in the end-to-end development lifecycle. The role
  • Act as system SME and provide operational knowledge support to the project team (Business Analysts, Testers & Developers) to determine, implement and test requirements.
  • Work with our customers to understand their requirements and help to translate them into formal software change documents.
  • Work with Product Owner(s) and Project Manager(s) to formalise functional requirements and product roadmap development.
  • Provide business process mapping support.
  • Configure the system(s) to meet the needs of specific user requirements.
  • Work with development and testing team(s) to help ensure functional changes meet business needs whilst utilising core product features.
  • Ensure user guides, process documents and training materials are up to date, adding to and building up a knowledge repository.
  • Provide systems training to external users and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with issue resolution and client support.

  • Able to think logically and utilise good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of UK pensions and investments is essential.
