IT Support Analyst

Are you a skilled IT Support Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity within a thriving company? We have an exciting opportunity where you'll support essential day-to-day IT operations while also gaining exposure to various IT projects.

Position Details:

- Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid - 2 days work from home each week)

- Salary: Up to £30,000

- Benefits: 5% performance bonus, 30 days holiday, up to 15% pension contribution, life assurance, and more.

- 40% of your day-to-day will be project work

In this role, you will be at the forefront of IT support, providing support for end users, laptops, and mobile devices. As part of a proactive team, you'll address issues at the 1st and 2nd line support levels, escalating to 3rd line as needed.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with:

- 1st / 2nd Line Support - Confident troubleshooting skills

- Windows 10 - Experience supporting Windows-based systems

- Mobile Device Support - Providing assistance across various devices

- Active Directory - User and permissions management

- Office 365 and Dynamics 365 - Supporting essential business applications
