Do you thrive on solving problems and providing excellent customer support? We’re looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join an ambitious IT Managed Service Provider based in Portsmouth. If you love troubleshooting and have a passion for technology, this could be the perfect role for you!

- Salary: £26,000 per annum + 15% on shift allowance - OTE of £30,000 per annum
- Location: Portsmouth - Office based 5 days a week, covering a 24/7 rota

What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for all reported IT issues, ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting.
- Manage and triage tickets, escalating to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and common software applications.
- Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the resolution process, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: You’ve worked in an IT support role, managing tickets and providing end-user support.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident supporting Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting basic network issues.
- Problem-Solver: You can think on your feet and find solutions quickly, even under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain technical issues in a clear, friendly manner.
- Team Player: You enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge to help the team succeed.
