In this role you will become an integral member of the strategic maintenance team. you will be responsible for management of control systems, overseeing contractors and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance for multiple buildings across the estate.

The ideal candidate will come from a background in BEMS engineering with some supervision experience. You will have knowledge of Building Energy and Monitoring Systems, understanding of integration of SMART buildings, IoT and experience in maintenance, repair and refurbishment of buildings.
