CONTRACT SYSTEMS ENGINEER

6 MONTHS (INITIALLY)

£500 - £550 PER DAY

OUTSIDE IR35

Portsmouth/Hybrid (2 days per week on-site)

We have a Systems Engineer contract available that might be of interest to you.

Working with a Defence consultancy, this client specialise in innovative training solutions to be utilised by the Royal Navy.

The role will involve design, development, implementation of complex systems and will include Requirements, system architectures and test and acceptance.

It's focused on the left side of the V Lifecycle so Requirement decomposition, Systems Modelling (using Enterprise Architect) and modelling (using MATLAB) is highly beneficial experience.

Key skills:

• Matlab
• SysML
• Complex systems experience (Design, implementation, integration and Verification)
• Synthetic training solutions (Beneficial)

On offer is:

• Hybrid contract (2 days per week in Portsmouth)
• £500-£550 per day (outside IR35)
• 6 months initially (highly likely to extend)

Please note, due to the nature of this contract, this position requires an active Security Clearance.
