About the Role

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to drive the successful execution of our development projects. You will work closely with the engineering team, ensuring smooth workflows, managing priorities, and maintaining efficient software development processes. This role is crucial in keeping projects on track, optimizing team productivity, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Plan, manage, and deliver software projects on time and within scope.
  • Ticket & Workload Management: Oversee and prioritize the development team's workload, ensuring tickets are well-defined and progress smoothly.
  • Process Enforcement: Ensure adherence to software development best practices, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Sprint & Scrum Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Prioritization: Work with stakeholders to prioritize development tasks based on business needs and technical dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential blockers early and implement solutions to keep development on track.
  • Communication & Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management, Agile coaching, or a related role.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Tools: Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
  • Leadership: Ability to drive team alignment, resolve conflicts, and keep development teams motivated.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development concepts and workflows (coding background is a plus but not required).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Background in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile.
