We are seeking a confident and experienced Quality Manager to join a leading engineering organisation based in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience within the electronics industry, with a proven track record in developing and leading Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and lead the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and relevant industry standards.
• Drive cultural transformation by coaching, mentoring, and embedding quality principles across teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability.
• Utilise data analysis to identify trends, prioritise improvements, and communicate performance metrics to leadership.
