Job DescriptionD365 CRM System Analyst - Portsmouth - Hybrid (2 days a week) - £60k Excellent opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM System Analyst to join an established end user based in Hampshire. This role present the opportunity join an organisation which pride themselves upon their company culture and are passionate about all things D365 CE! This role will require the successful applicant to play the role of 1st line support as well as championing their internal Dynamics 365 CRM system.Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements and create agile stories
- Create prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions
- Recognise gaps in requirements, bring these to the attention of the stakeholders and assisting in resolving them.
- Create functional and technical artefacts such as solution diagrams and business cases to help support the delivery of the projects
- Manage UAT - planning, data requirements, scheduling, support and more.
Skills and Qualifications
- Hands on experience as a Dynamics CRM System Analyst or role similar.
- Ability to write technical documents for CRM specifications.
- Managing U.A.T
- Excellent communication skills.
