Job Title: Bespoke Project Engineer

Job Location goodwood

IR35 Status: inside of IR35

Essential:

  • Skills / methodologies as specified within the key accountabilities.
  • Intermediate CAD (Catia V5) competence required.
  • Broad knowledge of Automotive interior materials including typically; polymers, glass, ceramics, metals, material finishes (coatings / finishes / paint), composites, textiles, along with their associated manufacturing processes, applications, and characteristics.
  • Knowledge of prototype, low and medium volume manufacturing approaches.
  • Knowledge of GD&T practices, tolerance chain management

Advantageous:

  • Business/technical German language.
  • Verification testing experience at a component and vehicle system level with functional, performance and environmental requirements.
  • Specialist knowledge of natural materials including leathers, wood and associated manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of vehicle integration approaches.
