Sanderson is working in partnership with its client in the UK. We are currently recruiting Change Configuration Analyst be Gosport based out.

Job Title = Bespoke Project Engineer

Location = Goodwood - 2, 3 days onsite in a week

Duration= 12 months initially with possible extension

Inside IR35 Rates

Role:

  • Be a part of the team responsible to co-ordinate strategy deployment topics within the cross-functional team including multiple engineering disciplines (series liaison, bespoke mechanical, bespoke electrical, release) and multiple external supply chain disciplines (purchasing and supplied parts quality).
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders in the team to maximise continuous improvement within the wider organisation, maximising employee engagement through structured improvement programmes & sprint projects, including digitalisation of tools and methods in pursuit of efficiency gains.
  • Co-ordinating our Quality management actions including audits and evaluations to ensure work is performed to required standards
  • A cross-functional steering, influence & reporting role.
  • Other aspects steered by the team, some of which would be steerable by you: budget steering, compliance steering, facilities steering, training, communication event scheduling and facilitation.
