Morson are currently recruiting for Mechanical Fitters for their site in Portsmouth shipyard.
It is a 12 month contract with starts subject to security clearance,. If you are looking for a new start this is the role for you !
It is a standard 37 hours a week with a possibility of overtime.
Rates Below:
Local - PAYE - £19.40
Non Local - PAYE - £27.40
Key Roles!
• Machinery and Plant installation
• Levelling and Laser alignment of mechanical equipment
• Torque of Equipment- Tightening to a certain degree
• Working to tight tolerance with equipment
• Dimensional controls equipment e.g laser measuring devices
• Drilling and tapping of holes
• Marking off
• Jig Fabrication
• Working with Hydraulics
