Claims Support Advisor

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Portsmouth / Hybrid(After probation period)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Our client, with their Head Office based in Portsmouth, believes that the cornerstone of their growth and success lies in their dedicated workforce. They are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Claims Support Advisor to become part of their team during an exciting phase of expansion.

As a Claims Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping customers during their time of need.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess travel insurance claims, ensuring they meet policy guidelines.
  • Process valid claims promptly and efficiently, minimising delays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to strict compliance standards.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Empathy and Compassion: A genuine ability to understand and respond to the needs of customers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
