Amour Recruitment is seeking a Junior PMO Billing Analyst to work for our client based in Portsmouth. This role is offered as hybrid, but you must be within a commutable distance to attend the office twice a week.

Supporting the PMO Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting up and closing down Projects/Orders
  • Processing Invoices and directing to accounts payable inbox
  • Maintaining Billing Tracker with processed Invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Passing invoices to Credit Control for customers who have their own invoicing portals
  • Assisting Credit Control with query resolution
  • Maintaining process documentation related to the above

Personal requirements:

  • Strong IT skills. Advanced MS Office user - in particular Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to maintain complete and accurate records
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with a billing services business
  • Experience using business central is desirable

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary:£25,000 to £28,000
