A well-established practice who specialises in creating bespoke projects, is seeking a passionate and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team in Portsmouth. The team have a brilliant reputation for delivering sustainable and innovative solutions which exceed client expectations. The practice has a vibrant portfolio of projects spanning the commercial, education and healthcare sectors.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient experience post qualification and will be confident working across the technical RIBA stages. You will have excellent technical abilities and should enjoy working as part of a team. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Hold a relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project delivery across education, commercial, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability best practices
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, timeframes, and budgets
  • Must live locally to Portsmouth
  • Revit knowledge is essential
