The role will include landlord and tenant disputes (both residential and commercial), contentious probate, and boundary/neighbour disputes. You will also be expected to build strong client relationships and ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.About You:The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ PQE in dispute resolution. A grounding in contentious probate and commercial litigation would be an advantage. You should be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and third parties.
