Position Details- Location: Portsmouth area
- Hours: Full-time (35 hours/week)
- Salary: Excellent package (based on experience)
Lead a diverse caseload covering:
- Will drafting and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax planning
- Care home fee planning
- Property trust matters
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Legal Executive
- 3+ years PQE in private client work
- STEP qualification advantageous but not essential
- Right to work in the UK required
- Strong technical knowledge of private client matters
- Excellence in client communication and relationship management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
